- Something wrong on this site. Broken link, typo, claim that doesn't hold up. We'd rather know.
What we can't help with
We're not a certification vendor. We can't book your exam, reset your Microsoft or AWS account, or tell you whether you passed. For any of that, go to the vendor directly — they're the only ones who can help.
Response time
Prepstellar is a small operation, so give us a few days. Anything involving your personal data gets answered within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires — usually much sooner.
